Andy was extremely easy to work with through the whole process. Scheduling was very simple to complete. Quick responses were always provided to nay questions. On the day of the inspection, he arrived on time, was very easy to talk with and very thorough. He pointed things out as he was going. After the inspection, he sent the report the next day. It was very easy to read and the issues were easy to understand. We had him perform a Radon test, which was well worth the extra cost. The results came back with high levels. This will allow us to have have the seller resolve before we purchase.
Andy was incredibly knowledgeable on a multitude of things. He was versed on my breaker box and gave me some feedback on the brand. I would think very affordable as well. The fact he let me know I can call if I simply don't know what kind of light bulb goes in my fridge is going above and beyond his duty. THUMBS UP!
I had a fantastic experience with Everest. Andy was very friendly and explained items on the inspection report. He was very thorough and gave us peace of mind. The thing that really impressed me though, was that we had an issue with our lights after we had already moved into the house. I reached out to Andy to ask if he had noticed it during the inspection, but he had not. He offered to send an electrician out to my house at HIS OWN COST to take a look a the issue. If that's not great customer service then I don't know what is. I was very impressed to say the least.
